Pinnacle Science: Sponsorship and Advertising Terms and Conditions

Sponsorship Agreement and Confirmation

  • Sponsorship opportunities are confirmed only upon execution of a written sponsorship agreement and receipt of full payment by Pinnacle Science.

  • All sponsorship agreements are specific to the sponsoring organization and may be modified only by mutual written consent to align with the sponsor’s objectives and Pinnacle Science policies.

  • Invoices are issued upon agreement execution and are payable within the timeframe specified. Sponsorship placement is not guaranteed until payment is received.

  • Logo placement discretion rests with Pinnacle Science.

Sponsorship Term

  • The sponsorship term is one (1) year, commencing upon placement of the sponsor’s logo on the applicable Pinnacle Science journal website(s) and/or www.pinnaclescience.org.

  • Sponsorship applies only to the journal platform(s) selected and paid for by the sponsor.

Scope of Sponsorship and Benefits

  • Sponsorship benefits include, but are not limited to, logo placement, hyperlinking, platform-wide visibility, and duration of exposure as defined herein.

  • Sponsor logos will be displayed as a premium brand placement on the right-side navigation area of the selected journal platform(s).

  • The sponsor’s logo will appear on every webpage of the selected website(s), including journal homepages, article browsing pages, article landing pages, and abstract pages.

  • Sponsor logos will not appear within PDF files or PDF downloads.

  • Sponsorship includes year-round, repeated exposure for the full duration of the agreement.

  • Pinnacle Science reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to sponsorship placement or presentation to maintain platform performance, usability, accessibility, and editorial integrity, provided overall sponsorship visibility is preserved.

Logo Specifications and Linking

  • Sponsor logo dimensions must be 225 pixels (width) × 130 pixels (height).

  • Logos must be provided in an approved digital format and are subject to review for technical compatibility and visual consistency.

  • Sponsor logos will be clickable, linking directly to a URL designated by the sponsor.

  • Clickable logo placement will be active across the selected journal platform(s) and www.pinnaclescience.org, where applicable.

Platform Coverage

  • Premium visibility includes placement across applicable Pinnacle Science web properties associated with the selected journal(s), including:

    • Journal homepages

    • Article browsing and reading pages

    • Article landing pages

    • Abstract pages

    • PinnacleScience.org dedicated sponsors page, and where applicable

  • Sponsorship visibility excludes embedded placement within downloadable PDF content.

Sponsorship Status and Editorial Independence

  • Sponsorship or advertising with Pinnacle Science does not constitute endorsement, implicit or explicit, of the sponsor’s products, services, claims, or materials.

  • All research published within Pinnacle Science journals is conducted, reviewed, and accepted independently of sponsorship status.

  • Sponsors receive no preferential treatment in editorial decisions, peer review, acceptance, or publication outcomes.

  • Sponsorship does not influence research findings, interpretations, or conclusions.

  • Sponsorship does not guarantee publication, expedited review, or reduced editorial requirements.

Trademarks and Intellectual Property

  • Each party grants the other a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use trademarks, logos, and brand materials solely for sponsorship display and promotion as outlined in this agreement.

  • All logo usage is subject to approval for size, placement, and format to ensure consistency with platform standards.

  • Neither party acquires ownership of the other’s intellectual property as a result of this agreement.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Sponsorship purchases are non-refundable once the sponsorship period has commenced, except where required by applicable law.

  • Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in suspension or termination of sponsorship benefits without refund.

Compliance and Warranties

  • Sponsors warrant that all submitted materials comply with applicable laws and do not infringe upon third-party rights.

  • Sponsors agree that all promotional materials will be factual, professional, and appropriate for an academic and scientific audience.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  • Pinnacle Science shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from sponsorship placement or performance.

  • Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinnacle Science from claims arising from the sponsor’s products, services, representations, or promotional materials.

Changes and Force Majeure

  • Pinnacle Science reserves the right to modify platform features, journal layouts, or access models due to technical, operational, or external circumstances.

  • In the event of force majeure, Pinnacle Science will make reasonable efforts to maintain sponsorship visibility in an equivalent format.
